Wacken was my first international fest .. i only attended the Metal fest here in Dubai .. which is considered a big fest for the middle east

ah that's cool
you should check out some other international fests though, I went to 4 others besides Wacken and honestly liked them better... it's just nicer when it's smaller, I think

Dong, Headbangers Open Air, Brutal Assault, and Bloodstock
might go to Hellfest next year too myself, good lineups
