Last I checked in my area is 12% and rising. I'm getting worried. In a way I wish they'd get it over with and say they are going to have to let people go rather than making everybody wait speculating when they'll run out of funding to clean the building.

yeah it really sucks, I'm kinda in a similar situation.

no I meant that the mortgage isn't arranged yet.. we though it would be the end of last week or the beginning of this week... but now it looks like it won't be until atleast hte beginning of next week.. so I need to arrange some shit that I didn't need to arrange otherwise.. :/
