mja ik verwacht dat het niet al te lang gaat duren.. tis al sints dinsdag zo.. dus ze hebben al 3 dagen de tijd gehad om dingen te regelen.

Vergis je niet.
Er zijn enkele zaken die de notaris ook moet uitzoeken.
Is er bv. een voorkeurskoper? (bv. een overheid, gemeente etc)
Hoe is de staat van de bodem? (vervuild of niet)
Is het pand niet illegaal gebouwd? (in NL vrijwel uitgesloten)
Enz.......
Dus....
Maar zolang alles binnen de wettelijke termijn gebeurt...
Toch hopen dat 't rap zal gaan.
