because unlike the english, the welsh arent that concerned with the growing obesity rate so it is as follows:

2/3 pieces of bacon
2 fried eggs
2/3 pieces of Black pudding (about 1cm thick and about an inch in diameter)
2 pieces of fried bread
lots of beans
LOTS of fried mushrooms, like quarter of a plate
EDIT: 3 Sausages
tomatoes are optional

and i prefer orange/pomegrante juice to wash it down with, but whatever

a banger is just a nother name for a sausage its not a specific sausage

just your average, run-of-the-mill pork sausage

Sorry, but I don't support breakfast anyways. Regardless of where it's from, if it is German bread (and that's a meal of its own) or Belgian/Dutch bread, or this Brittish meal, I cannot support it.
