Unfortunately I have no clue what the conditions were for Bloodstock.

But AFAIK, in both Kortrijk's Alcatraz and MĂ©an's Metal MĂ©an, there were no infections reported after the festivals.

Still a bummer to see a friend getting covid-19 after a festival.

Proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative covid test within 36 hours of the festival. People who left the festival grounds had to get another negative test before returning. There were rules for the vendors and I saw pictures of security wearing masks. Unfortunately 36 hours is plenty of time to pick up the virus in the meantime, and festival grounds are the perfect place to pick up any kind of sickness when people are figuratively and literally in other people's faces.

Hm.
36 hours is in itself a decent time. It's 48 hours in Belgium. And, like I said, haven't read about any festival related covid cases in Kortrijk! (which took 3 days)

And I'm leaving next Thursday for another festival. In Switzerland this time.
2 Days.
Though, if I'm correct, you need a 24hrs negative test! (or a vaccination or proof of being cured)
Which means, if you test negative, you have to do it the next day again!
