so I've been ordering at a pizza chain for quite a while. and I got points for every order, that I could exchange for free pizza (you need a lot of them)
Zo I tried to order a free pizza and something else. but for some reason my banks app didn't work so I had to cancel the payment to retry. but of course everything went wrong and now I don't have those point anymore
