I'm not sure about 30+ degrees being better, not much of a fan of hot weather in this part of europe.

That's the sort of weather I'm used to, but the complete absence of rain made it uncomfortable for me (the relentless dust). It's probably because it took me 2 weeks to get over that damned cold

I ate a pizza.

Since we had to return to Charleroi this week, from Middelkerke, and we're planning on going back to Middelkerke, we're sort of packing (again) to go there. But first, the usual visit to the hospital for my youngest! And then, we're off!
Hopefully we won't be bothererd with truck protests on the highways.

So anyway, I finally decided to do Metal Days this year, and this week I bought my ticket and booked my flights and return bus trip. Having said that, I'm bummed that Krisiun had to cancel, but super excited that Aborted and Fleshgod Apocalypse have been added

I'd love to go there one day. But the trip to that place, it's so complicated.

I simplified my trip by booking a flight to Venice and then taking a shuttle bus the rest of the way there. I can imagine travelling by train would indeed be very complicated.

From what I have seen, it goes via Germany, Switzerland and Italy. And a boat trip to Slovenia. And I am afraid on open water. Or through Vienna, and then to some small village.

I hope to convince my wife one day, and drive to there.
