I find it OK, if a region or whatevr it's called gives subsidies for a festival, but it should stay far from the programming side of it! Even if it subsidises it!
In short: the region "Pays de la Loire" wants Down to be cancelled from the billing of Hellfest, otherwise they'll withdraw their subsidies! (€20.000)

The reaction of the organisation on the other hand, is the best thing it could do.
Ben Barbaud (the big chief of Hellfest) reacted, and said, they could iiss his ass, and keep the subsidies!
