I don't know small world. Is it any good?

I really like it. Good replayability. Race are random, every game.

Kind of Risk with no dice and you cannot really regenerate your race (unless you're skeletons or Mages). The more territories you have the less you can defend. You score 1 money token for each territory. Once you cannot expand anymore, you retire your race (it still yours but can't attck (unless undead)) and take another one.

Attack is simple. 2 race tokens to conquer a territory. +1 for each obstacle on the territory you want to get.
Ex. Mountain territory have a mountain token so you need to have 3 race tokens to get the mountain.
another example : A territory with 2 defenders. It will take you 4 tokens to conquer them. The opponent lose only 1 token that goes to the box, and he gets the others (if more than 1)

In average, you have 8-9 race token :) Some have 12 (like rats) but they have poor ability or none.
