5 years for me
I had a nice colleague before he left for Ubisoft and since then, I'm with a "friend" that is not my friend anymore (in his mind, we are still friend). A lazy old fart who do a lot of mistake and I have to fix his crappy job. All he think about is his home backyard and his paycheck.
So having good colleagues help staying within the company for many years.
Maybe the fact I don't like my co-worker will help me get rid of the job at some point.
