It's because Alix thinks 15° is cold. But it's just what you're used to as a general temperature. The more up north, the more you're used to cold temperatures. (for Europe standards of course)

What I think is cold depends on the season of course, but generally I'd say when we go below 0 degrees, then it's cold.
I remember when I went to the Canary Islands and we thought it was quite hot and the locals were buying some jackets that looked quite thick.
