I was thinking of doing the same thing. Perhaps set it up near the chook pen so our stray turkey can wake me up at 6am (as I always seem to do at a festival and never ever on a weekend)...Maybe record some German news or German movies off SBS and just let the audio play, then from 3pm blast some of the bands I wanted to see during the festival season...Stand at the kitchen window and beg for whatever food comes through it...It'll be just like the real thing; even the weather will probably be the same
...except none of my favourite people will be there

3G/4G, as much as you want.
WiFi is available, but for 15min. a day, and the connection is WORTHLESS.
I had more luck at the press tent last year! (unlimited as well, no time limit, but not stable either)

yeah, there's better things available with 85,000 people in the middle of nowhere...
It worked last year on camping B. I know, I was there, and I saw it. (with someone else's phone)
It's (from there) not really in the middle of nowhere, but relatively close to the village.
Of course, if you're camping in C, tja... that is the middle of nowhere.

I did't even try.
But my colleague did and he said it only worked when everybody was sleeping
The only time I used Internet was at the press tent backstage, and it worked. Just not stable enough.
