Sys admin, migration stuff.
I have a background of software packaging and deployment (15y) but now i'm the sys admin of SCCM 2012. I did the migration and i'm managing the system (admin task, OS imaging, packaging, deployment) I'm the SCCM guru here
.Now, i'm trying to automate recurrent and boring stuff with MS Orchestrator but I don't have enough hours in a day to start learning it. There's always on-going task to do and we're short staff...
The job offer I received is to migrate from what they currently have to SCCM 2012. 18 months contract for a company that I already worked in the past (7y ago)

I wish I could go every yearOh well, at least I got to finally see Judas Priest here. I still haven't seen Dream Theater though because their asking price is always WAY too high. Even if La Brie could sing properly live, it would still be too high
Same reason the first time I saw Cradle of Filth live was in Wacken, because their asking price for a show in a bar (!) was $90. Good thing I waited though; they were pretty awful.
I hope I can go every year. Next year might be difficult if I live in the same place I do now. My sister is gonna move to another city most likely, because she will study there. So obviously I'm not gonna survive without some money from social welfare office. And I really don't look forward of dealing with anything with them because they suck. I have to show them my bank statements every month so it's hard to save any money... But we'll see.
I did meet some woman at the Wacken warm up party in Finland that said she is unemployed and goes to Wacken every year.

Haven't been living there since the end of 2013. And I'm glad we're not living there anymore. Can't handle my sister and dad fighting all the time.

Ah thats quite specific. I guess not many people have those skills?
Was there any special reason you left 7 years ago? Or was it just the end of your contract?

I'm not sure if I talked about it really.
But yeah when mom moved to Germany we lived at dads for a while but I didn't work out so we moved to where mom (and us too) used to live and where our uncle lived then. But now our uncle has moved to Portugal and me and my sis live just the two of us.

Well, i'm pretty sure there's a lot of people with that skill set but it's like everything else. There's some good one and some bad one.
End of a contract.
At the moment, i'm an employee and i don't like the direction of the company. Slowly, I think they are moving everything to the USA. So why should I stay ?? I rather be opportunist than wait when everyone will be fired and looking for a job at the same time.

And yeah I understand the reasons for leaving your current job. I'm actually in somewhat of the same situation at the moment. But i hate chances so I'm not sure what I'll do. I don't think they fire us though. Probably just a relocation.
