Dong: not really much has changed. It's still a crappy accessable festival, but thé atmosphere is still great!

The festival area got bigger last year with the big tent and all (or was it the year before?)
Besides that I don't really know, but in ~1.5 weeks I'll be able to tell you more.

Big tent was there 2 years ago. And cup sizes changed to smaller. Also getting drinks to festival area changed last year but you can always fill your wacken cups with beer at your tent.

Other than that I can´t tell what has changed because I´ve only been there 2 years.
