Kind of feeling my age now. Someone posted a status about how cool it would be if one day there could be an Australian heavy metal festival that played in a few cities, that included all walks of metal, and how "unrealistic" it probably is to pull off. I pointed out that this did in fact happen back in 2005, but then realised later he was only 12 at the time

Every other person on my facebook posted stuff about Soundwave yesterday, and part of me was a little jealous at how much fun they were having, but I kept reminding myself that there weren't enough bands on the bill that I liked enough to go. Last night I dreamt that I found out on the day that Rammstein were playing Soundwave, I looked at the time, and thought if I left home straight away I could still catch some of their set Such an unrealistic dream...there's no way I wouldn't go to extraordinary lengths to see them in real life
