Sometimes I didn't understand what was being said so I read the German subtitles to see if I could make sense of it. Didn't really work very often though
Holy Frack! Finally made it home yesterday from our vacation. I totally missed everyone at Wacken due to being hung over from the Metal Train and not being able to find the dang beer gardensI finally walked by it on Thursday around 2pm but by then it was too late
Ah well.. Looks like next year already sold out! wow.. I wouldn't have been able to buy tickets even if I had wanted to

Oh and yeah, they were in Estonia today and they didn't know what to buy for me so they bought alcohol. XD

First day of HeavyMTL, was nice. Around 22 Celsius and some welcoming clouds to give us some rest from the sun.

Alcatraz Kortrijk (Courtrai) was great, with the exception of the cancelation of Channel Zero.
But that was due to the fact that Phil Bahieux, the drummer of the band, died unexpectedly.
RIP Phil!

Yep. You just need a place to stay to avoid driving back.
Day 2 was great. Same temp., same clouds. Philip (ex-pantera) was amazing (Philip and the Illegals). They played Hollow, was awesome to hear some old Pantera. Children of Bodom, Godsmack and Rob Zombie was excellent too. Overall, great weekend.
Next outdoor festival.... Wacccckkkeeennnn

Well I don't know about few km but it's not long. Usually from here you take a day trip. Go there on a cruise.
