I think with the EU constitution referendum the polls in holland where also completely off. so you never know until the votes are counted.

this is true. also they're expecting 80-90% voter turnout, loads of people voting who never voted before, also 16-18 year olds allowed to vote, so the normal polling procedures may not give the whole picture...

translated it's "Civil Defence".

really good punk band, they kinda ridiculed soviet propaganda and so forth, but in subtle ways (as you had to do back then), later in the guy's career, they become more psychedelic.

from what I understand their lyrics are kinda complex, and generally anti-authority stuff/making fun of authority..

just copy/paste their russian name into youtube and you get a bunch of songs...but they had like 10 albums
