don't be lazy, I wanna hear everything
hmm, where should I start...
Weather was interesting. When we got there, around noon on wednesday, it was really windy and it was quite interesting to try to put tents up. Especially pavillion. But we managed to do that somehow and just fixed them later a bit. Wednesday and thursday were quite warm and nice, I think bit of a rain at some poin, but friday was hot as Hell. Had smallest clothes on and still felt like getting rid of the rest. Saturday started warm too but during Sonata Arctica it started to rain a lot and it was enough to make some spots totally muddy and my sneakers totally wet. Even though it didn´t rain after that, I had to use my boots rest of the time.
There were some good bands, but not many awesome ones. Naglfar was the best for me and Ragnarok on the second place. We were on the front row on those two. I think Trivium and Sabaton were really good and then some other bands quite good. Would have been nice to get bit more bands I like a lot but can´t have everything.
Food was good and there was enough of it. Nothing had changed from last year, well maybe prices but not sure about that. We grilled twice and definitely want to take normal grill next year.
Beer and other drinks were good like always but they had changed beer mugs to 0.3L and kept the price same. Also by adding "extra security" they actually just made sure people wouldn´t take own drinks to Wackinger village etc. Could still fill your festival mugs and carry them around where ever you wanted.
Our neighbours were lot of fun. Especially big group from Spain right next to us and Swiss group close to us. Lot of crazynes and fun.
Shops had same kind of things as last year, hadn´t changed much but didn´t expect that. I actually wanted to buy some band tank tops but seems to be almost impossible to find any. Only found few for one good band and online shops don´t have anything either. Maybe I have to get some printed or modify some from t-shirts.
Overall awesome festival and can´t wait to be there next year too.
... and where to end
