Munich. I think a return shuttle bus to Nuremberg/Stuttgart is a good idea (it was super easy to use with getting to Summer Breeze but I decided to stay another day in Dinkelsbuehl last time so I didn't catch it back there). Is there a direct train line that connects Stuttgart to Munich?
