German; specifically I'm working on food and beverages. Just tested myself translating from German to English. When I get to it, translating from English to German is going to be the real test. Let's face it though, I'm really in the beginning stage of learning, so understanding German is more important to me right now than speaking it fluently.

It's always easier to work in your own language than in a foreign language. Especially if that language has genders.
