Yup, that's the main reason, I think. And usually they're "club gigs" so maybe they rather have people are over 18. I don't know.

I'm not even sure if we have (had?) Milky Ways in Finland. We don't even have lipton or nestea ice tea.

Sometimes, but very rarely. It's because of alcohol laws and the way that the venue sells it. Not because anyone cares about kids seeing metal bands. There's only ever been one show I wanted to go to but couldn't because I wasn't 21 yet.
