The Flemish subtitle EVERYTHING! From English through all other languages until Dutch, which is also subtitled! :o

As I am Dutch, and as NL is part of Europe (EU) and the EU does not recognise federated entities, neither do I.
I live in Belgium. It happens to be the French speaking part of Belgium, but it still is Belgium.
Therefore I can neiter confirm, nor infirm your question.
Besides, I usually watch Dutch (-speakng) TV, if I watch TV at all.

Edit Piaf zegt: BTW, the RTBf gives you the opportunity to choose the audio language. Either original (English), or (dubbed) French. Only with Digital TV of course.
