It's a vicious cycle.. People drink because they are depressed but it actually makes it worse so you just drink more, which makes it worse.. it's not a good thing if you have already some tendencies towards it.

yeah its definitely not helping. and I guess when I started drinking on a young age I didn't realise it had any other effects than the hangovers. but now I feel the difference... it's almost like day and night.

yeah, no more alcohol for me. at least not in these quantities :o
And also not as often, even though this year I've only drank alcohol once a month or so.

I don't drink much either, maybe once a month I'll have more than a few sips of beer and never drink alone. Of course in a couple weeks it's Bob's birthday so I will be drinking most of the weekend hehe.

yeah I don't know what I'm going to do, but not drinking seems to work quite well for me, and besides a few festivals I had no problems with staying away from alcohol.

I usually drink when I'm (alone) on the train, or in company. Drinking alone (at home) is boring.

And on occasion I'll drink when it's a good weather to go to a terrace, or if I have to wait for 1.5hrs before I can return. But that's just one glass (or bottle) and that's it.

And apparently I haven't got the time to go wandering around anymore. So...
