how about all the bay area bands? Don't they play a lot?
I know I see a lot of them over here all the time :D

Sure the big locals play often, just that this area has
had a lot of clubs close down over one reason or
another(primarily rising operational costs). It's more
difficult for bands to book shows when there's only
a handful of places left to book at. Another really
nasty thing that's been happening, is someone with
influence moves into a neighborhood where a club
is already operating and files noise complaints.
Club get's closed down while the resident/land lord
see's their property value rise.

With Wacken coming up, there's only a few shows
that I'm planning to see. UFO/Saxon in LA next
month, then Kreator/Obituary about a week after
back up in SF. DRI comes around in May, and then
finally I got a ground floor ticket for Iron Maiden in
Oakland for early July(already sold out in presale).
Spring and Summer already planned out! :D

Just got back from an exercise,I spent 3 days snowmobiling that's nice, but we were sleeping in tents since friday night at an average temperature of -25 during the night :ugly:

That's why I was saying that camping at Wacken is a walk in the park :p

Snowmobiling sounds nice, but sleeping in -25 doesn't. In Wacken 2015 I was freezing, so I can only imagine sleeping in -25.. o.o

Compared to that yea. Though when it rains as heavy as it has past couple years... It get's bit more extreme than usual. :D

Could you, like, use an OTHER colour instead of RED! I'm COMPLETELY colourblind and cannot read RID on a BLACK background!
Much obliged. :)

Rood op zwart kan ik lezen ja.
Ik niet. Da's zwart op zwart voor mij. :uff:
