Mostly those don´t go over this place. Not sure why. Rain we get a lot and can hear thunder bit further away but usually thunder and lughtning doesn´t come right here. Can someone explain to me why it is so?

maybe there's a lake nearby? over here sometimes it's like "yeay thunder is coming" and than you see the thunderstorm disintegrate on the radar when it reaches the lake
