Im the same and i cant sleep at night, which is annoying as being in the sun all day outside makes me sleepy. Cant wait until its cold and i can hibernate again haha!

Sleeping during the day when itˋs hot- no problem. I always work at night and no matter what the waether is -i can sleep.

i think itˋs nothing you can learn. For me it was always easy to work at night. Some of my collegoues are getting sick when they have to work at night..
