Already told my supervisor that I'm taking that day off work for that exact reason
I'll have to wait until November, for the Hellfest tickets to go on sale. But they're not sold out that quickly, though it tends to be shorter by the year!

Okay my way home today was interesting. I was in a tram and went in front of the doors because I was getting off in the next stop. Then some random old woman started talking to me and first I didn't hear what she was saying because I was listening to music. Then I heard her say "go away".
Of course I was all confused and asked her "what" and she asked me if I was stupid. The rest I didn't listen but before leaving I said "if you want someone to listen to you, you better be more polite". 
Weirdo.
I'm sort of considering Hellfest for 2017, but I suppose I have another year to think about it
Well, like you said, it's a bit of time.
Some differences though between Wacken and Hellfest.
Camping party, what's that? Most are either in the Metal Corner (before the fest. area), or IN the festival area.
Even though they claim to have 155,000 visitors, they count differently. They count per day, multiply by the days (official 3), and you get the end. Do this for Wacken, then you get (Thu, Fri, Sat) 210,000 people.
The area is a itsy bit smaller, so it looks like it's busier.
But on the other hand, it's clean! No waste, or almost none! And the mugs are a bit smaller, the price of a beer as well. (€2.50 for .28 liters)
And it's very nicely decorated. (even though I didn't see that much of it)
And no free access for handicap guides either.
(the train on the other hand...)
