Own experience, NEVER, but NEVER have I had any problems, except with non metalheads in Wacken who thought they were 'the man'.
(I'm sighted. Bad eyesight)

I used to hang out in this place and there were metalheads and some other people hanging in that place as well. I had problems with those people who weren't metalheads, because they really didn't "accept me in their group". So I was really having nice time with metalheads because they accepted me right away. Also those other people tend to speak bad things about each other, metal heads not so much. So metalheads were the really nice ones, not the other people.

Haha yeah. Well they did a lot of that beer drinking... But I don't get how some people seem to think that metalheads are mean and bad people. Shows how they really haven't put effort in getting to know them.

Sadly I think most of the people do it sometimes but I try not to. People usually turn out to be quite different from what you thought they would be.
