Where are you drinking it?
Campsite: a tray in the supermarket will do. It'll be normal prices. (0.60€ or less + 0.25€ deposit per can)
Infield: 4€ per mug of 0.4l. And that's just ordinary Beck's pils.

Like we used to do in Soviet Russia: when it is 4 Euro infield - we will dring in advance when it is 0.6 Euro. When it comes to infield, fill in allowed plastic bottle with vodka and bring it altogether.

Am I correct any alcohol even regular beer in wacken bottle to infield is prohibited but regular no-fun water?
Just right now I am discovering the way how to charge my potential cashless card and where will I be able to grab it out on arrival. What happens if some money will still be on this card, is it will be possible to get it back to my account? I think old stable cash is still an option for me.

Technically only water is allowed, but I think my friend also just had bad luck.

I have no idea about the cashless card, it's new I haven't used it and I'm not planning on using it this year.

they do SOME checks on the water bottles (but very rarely)

BUT i wouldn't put strong alcohol in there... these are thin plastic bottles, the alcohol will attack it and you will drink plastic

I think if you would dress like a pirate and have a pirate sabre and screaming aargh! rum in wacken bottle will be allowed. No-fun water otherwise.

Cashless Card will be refunded after the Festival is over!
