Yes, but they're all microbrews, so you're not likely to find them overseas. Sam Adams is about the best American brew you'll find in Europe, and even that is only O.K.

Victory Brewing in PA (www.victorybeer.com) makes some beers that could easily contend with the best European brews I've ever tasted. Particularly their stout and their ales.

So yeah, there are good American beers, and whenyou're in the states, I'll show you where to find them. :D
