Of course it's difficult. All the cases you still use. (Kasus) That's something we (Dutch/English) abandonned WAY ago. It is useless in our eyes. (except for old expressions of course)

yea, I've noticed that... since English came partially from German... some of the words are similar. but the grammar confuses me, like word order and such
but at least I have experience learning another language, even if it's only three Spanish classes

Never had the chance? Saw them 3 times in Wacken and once on their tour with Motörhead here in Bremen! That was soooo awesome, they stole the show from Lemmy, it was really a fuckin blast!

It means "You're welcome.", though not literally. It's more common in the northern part of Germany.
It IS great! And you're right... the overkilled the show, hehehe.

Um... not actually "speak"... they... communicate with sounds that at times may sound similar to spoken words, though I can't make out any real words. It's like on the first two Obituary Albums where he just growls something into the mike which could be easily taken for "words" but isn't!

except that's why I like death metal shows, no one sings along
that way you can actually hear the band, and not the crowd... which I'd rather, because I came for the band

Can be both entertaining though. For example, Gamma Ray or Blind Guardian are way cooler when the crowd sings along. But as for Death Metal, that would be rather strange... besides the music's too noisy for anyone to be heard singing anyway!
