well it's a project for my environmental science class, we're supposed to gather up a bunch of articles about environmental issues in the news, summarize them, and put them all together to make them look nice.

well it was a demand worksheet, we were supposed to pick something and name things that could happen to cause demand to go up or down, and try to stump the teacher... sooo I chose an Emperor album
I had things like "guitarist's side project releases new album", "Emperor gets confirmed for Wacken", etc
although I didn't actually read it to the teacher to try to confuse him, because I wasn't sure if "Gorgoroth goes on massive arson rampage" would be school appropriate

You could learn German and then start spamming in the German board.
That's one reason why I listen only to quite a few BM bands... most are just too much caught in their own world, especially the newer ones. Haven't bought an album of a new BM band founded after 1997 or so... there's too many good bands in other genres, I'll never get to listen to all of them in my life!
btw.: today I finally got the OVERKILL - Rotten to the core 12" EP... oooh yeah! Pure awesomeness!

most of the black metal I like isn't anything like that, but mostly because I'm Mormon and don't listen to Satanic music...
I do love the sound of the few good bands I can find though, especially melodic black metal. :]
