the difference is that one was between 2 people high up in the government sending some incriminating emails..
the other is a bunch of emails being sent to some random government email adress which they will just erase.

i'm sending an email to Bush asking him to add Morocco to his Axis of Evil. Heck, it's right on the way...They could drop a few bombs off on the way home from Iraq.
