Help My Friend Get To Wacken!

Hi,

metaltix and argon events have stopped selling tickets for the UK.

Does anyone have any suggestions fo anywhere that I could get tickets as I need one more ticket.

I greatly appreciate anyones help,

Can you buy tickets on the day? im sure i have heard someone say that, but i could be wrong.


was your friend wanting the whole Argon Events package, as in the travel/hotel package? If so you can get flights cheaper than what Argon was charging for the bus journey.

I hope your friend is able to attend wacken

I´m sure there are tickets left to buy at the fest itself.
And Nuclearblast is selling tix, though I dunno if they send them to the UK...

or you go to the netherlands and buy one at one of the 101 bigger post offices
Or try large popmerchandising www.large.nl, But I also don't know if they send it to the UK (site is in Dutch, if you want help with it, just ask)

he doesnt want the whole argon package, we are flying over. I don't want to book the plane tickets until I get a festival ticket. I don't know if I could risk the chance of buying them on the day incase they sell out and he is stuck in a tiny village called Wacken, lol.

I'll check out all those sites now.

Just a suggestion,do you know anyone who could buy the ticket for you ? then you could pick up the ticket when you arrive in wacken.

maybe you can phone them (mon-fri 9.00-17.30 Dutch time) for info 00 31 10 - 2862066 ( I hope for you it is not a computer in Dutch)

I am searching for it, But I am afraid I can't find any details for outside Belgium and the Netherlands. I try to find an other way for tickets (have nothing to at the moment, shouldn't be a problem) or you should phone the number monday.

I wouldnt worry about getting a tkt,
You can get one on the way in,
I have done this the last 2 years and there was no hassle,
I recon it should be the same this year.
