I go to that In flames, Pain, Soilwork concert the 11th
this weekend I'll see my gf again (very exciting for you all, I know)

Well I'm going to another concert for a change. First I'd go to Borknagar/Finntroll but unfortenantly the whole tour was cancelled. But there's an alternative, a gig by Threshold on October 11th

Threshold is my latest discovery

it's a really good brittish progressive metalband..Imigine Dream theater, but less technical and a more metal guitarsound. They have nice dynamics in their songs too

well i am not a big fan of power metal but i have to say THRESHOLD are a great live band ...also if you get chance go see Freedom Call

Freedom Call? Let me disagree with you, my friend! Well, they have a really nice drummer, that's the only thing I enjoyed in their gig with Blind Guardian in my last birthday

Threshold isn't a powermetal band..it's a progressive metalband..they don't have happy songs/lyrics and their singer doens'r sing like he has no balls

well i thought Freedom Call were pretty good when i saw them at Bloodstock fest.
but i have not heard them on cd .........maybe i caught them live on a good day ....and actually i found Blind Guardian very boring after an hour ....it sounded all the same to me ...but then maybe they were having a off day
