German homework! (help!)

Mistake? Who cares! I say: Better to write a paper with several mistakes than nothing at all.

it's not about mistakes now, just about varties between 1000 km and more

I tried my best to help, but always the same... Austrian does excist although some won't get it... sometimes constructions used in Germany sound also strange to me, but do I care...? Variety I'd say, not true or false.

Okay, so now its depending on what kind of German MySelene is learning at school!

German or Swiss... our students are usually studying with German books, Italian sometimes with Swiss ones. Had already to work with both... anyway, there are still two verbs I still don't know: 'dingen' and 'zeihen' (not ziehen, it's really zeihen'). Found last term in a German book... what the heck??

anyway sometimes the teachers won´t believe that you´ve done it at your own when there are no mistakes at all

I did the same with Ditto's transaltions, added some mistakes

hell, Swiss!!?!?! Now thats really an own language, while Austrian is still rather a dialect for me

But actually I also can´t tell you what dingen or zeihen means... anyone else?!
might have to ask my dictionary about them

my dictionary says:

zeihen = klagen, verklagen, anzeigen, beschuldigen, anklagen, verdächtigen, something like that

dingen= verpflichten, einstellen, engagieren, beschäftigen, or something like that

I´d say: Thats something for the "you learn something new every day-thread!"
