Der PE zeigt mehrere Graphen an, für dich interessant sind CPU und Physical Memory. Beides sollte im Leerlauf auf etwa 2% bzw. 200-300 MB sein.

Und das Monitoring Tool findest du in der Systemsteuerung, das müsste beim Treiber dabei sein.
(ich installiere grad mal meinen neu, dann seh ichs)
