Where we stayed last year was the Stern Hotel...it's not a hostel.
It was about Euro50 for a double room. The beds were shocking (basically like you would get in a hostel) and it's on the Reeperbahn. I think it has parking, too.

we'll get a room with 4 beds in it... 18 euro's a night... its like £11.40.... quite cheap all things considered.
