Yes I know that´s it´s expensive and I don´t know if we make more money here.It´s all the damn taxes(the highest in the world)than makes it expensive but in return our socialservice system is(or has been anyway)the best in the world so I´m happy here and wouldn´t trade it for anything else.

beer is pretty expensive here in the U.K too
well you can get cheap beer but it tastes like crap
all the best beers are the imported ones Belgian and German beers are the best

whats the deal with the Wacken cups ? does the first beer cost more then if you take the cups back it is cheaper ??
i was there last year ...but my german friends bought the beers for me
i think i did buy a few but was prob. a bit drunk to care how much it costs by then hehehe

hahaha, are you talking about those german girls?
Well, there´s a deposit or sth on the cups, means you pay 50 Cent or 1 EUR for the cup and on top the price for the beer itself. When you bring back the cup (if you want to bring it back... ) you get those 50 cent/1 EUR back. Quite easy!
