It's not 100% incorrect, you can say it that way, but I'm just more used to listen to it the same way they say happy birthday (cumpleaños felices) but someone from Spain can clear this one for us I think

I seriously never thought of it, but I'm pretty sure that it is "Frohes neues Jahr" and not "Glückliches"

Also probably "Fröhliche Weihnachten"
