There's a public "horse center" (basically a farm with a lot of stables, where you can go for lessons on riding and grooming and stuff like that) nearby here where I used to go for riding lessons all the time when I was a kid. It started losing money after a while, so the owners had to sell a lot of their horses, so I stopped going because they never had any horses available. That was years ago, but I still miss it.

the times are changing. in germany is this so too.
its really sad

when you go to the wacken, you find perhaps a ranch with horses. at northgermany a lot of people have a ranch with ponys and horses.

perhaps you have luck.

then you're an american-wacken-cowboy ;)

Where I live. They opened a horse farm a few years ago. It seems to be popular. I only ride my Iron Horse :)
