Beyond busy today. Frustratingly so. Just got my first break and I've been here over four hours.

On the plus side, the customer I was working with the whole time, doing a contract, actually told the CSM (kind of a semi manager) I should get a raise, and went on to explain that I'd been patient and so on. Too bad it wasn't an actual manager.

I've basically done nothing today besides going to the supermarket and eat a shitload of food
