I honestly think the store manager needs to be fired over this. Today, combined with the past several months of shortstaffing not to mention my own scheduling issues.
I can understand that to make a profit, it could be beneficial to have less people than you need. If a few people get upset, it might not harm profits as much as paying people to work. I understand that.
But there is zero chance that having us as short as we were today was a good idea. None. And that's not even considering the effect such craziness has on us.
I agree with that guy. It really was the worst customer service I've ever seen.
