well my overall health is not so good as expected but my personal trainer was really enthausiastic (spelled wrong??) and not the kind of enthausiasm that says I'm acting to be positive but that's because it's my job. Maybe because I was crazy happy with starting
If you are eating too much or too little exercise won't help the weight but it will make you healthier

Must be quite a different looking Christmas dinner than we are used to here considering we really can't get many of the 'summer' foods now
My family doesn't go with a Christmas dinner but rather an extended Christmas lunch. Sometimes turkey is on the menu but generally it's usually (for lack of a better work) a buffet of food. Starting with drinks and snacks for an hour or two while we catch up and wait for everyone to arrive, then we grab our plates and pile food on there, then dessert, then fruit/ cheese/ biscuits/ coffee/ tea, then we watch a movie/enjoy our Christmas gifts. Always ends with whomever makes it to the couch first falling asleep from all the food and no-one wanting dinner.
