Ugh. Work today was nightmarish. And not in the normal too-few-people-working way (though that was part of it).

I was assigned by management to switch out the TVs on a display. Not all that bad in itself. Even given the normal interruptions of people asking questions.

Well, until someone wanted to do a contract and the actual wireless person was busy with a customer's issue that ended up taking a couple hours. So I start the contract and, just my luck, it doesn't go through. Meaning we have to go to call the carrier. Something I don't know how to do yet. So I wait on the wireless person because it looks like he's almost done and no one else there can do it. But he wasn't. Eventually he told me to do it and wrote down the info etc I needed to give the carrier. The process was further complicated by the customer wandering off. I didn't know it mattered at that point but I needed their info. The wireless guy seemed a bit frustrated by that. But eventually it all worked out. Later on I went ahead and apologized to the wireless guy because I felt a bit bad about it (though there wasn't anything I could have done better) so now I feel better.

Eventually I managed to get my TVs done, 10mins after I was supposed to leave.

I also somehow managed to frustrate one of my other coworkers who thought I was ignoring what I was supposed to do (put up movies like normal) and thus she had to do it by herself. So I apologized to her too to explain why I honestly didn't get a chance to help her. She seemed to understand, luckily.

So yea. Sucky day. On top of that, I didn't even get my break. So I'm glad to be done.
