not only will your issue get fixed faster, they actually know what you're talking about... and you don't have to explain yourself 10 times...![]()
The worst are:
(before I start, I don't know how it is in Canada, with the same bilingual status)
If you call the helpdesk, you choose your language (my case: NL), and then get someone on the phone who does not speak Dutch (nor French or German) and you have to explain everything 100x. Those are really annoying!
