FFFF that! I'm not built for that much jiggle!!

Me neither, hence the :eek: After eating and drinking my way through Europe, I gained more than 4kg (almost 10lbs) and pretty sure I lost some muscle tone...would have been more if I wasn't sick. So anyway it's time to work it off again. Oh yeah my point being I have shit knees and never really liked sport, but there's something about running to metal turned up loud enough to drown out the pop/techno they blare at the gym with a really annoying/distracting tempo that makes it fun.

it's a rather busy day at work.

I'm looking forward to being busy. They keep promising me it will pick up but so far I just end up sitting on my ass and not moving much for at least 6 hours a day.:(

what helps is going to a sports store specialized in running. Get yourself a decent pair of running shoes. They will costs you a bit, but it make a huge difference!
Find one that analyzes your running first. Which means you get a pair of neutral running shoes, you run back an forth in front of a camera and by looking how you put down your feet, they will find the right shoe (and also the left, hur dur dur) for you
