eating rice and chicken 6 times a day?
Rice no - my carbs are limited to 1 piece of toast and 50g rice (uncooked weight)
Chicken/eggs/protein shakes - yep 3 eggs for breakfast, 2 shakes, and a total of 330g of chicken. I'd better be a size 8 by the time I go on holidays
no carbs? than where the hell are you suposed to get your energy from?
The way he explained it was, the diet is designed so that my body uses the fat I have stored without losing muscle. The diagram is tiny and a bit hard to decipher, but it looks like about half will be from protein, and the rest from carbohydrates/fats in semi-equal amounts.
And if I recall correctly, the goal is to lose 5kg of fat and increase my lean mass by a little bit before I go on holidays, then say a big "fuck you" to the diet, party hard and get fat in 5 weeks, then work hard again to hide the evidence of my hard partying

There are two pie charts - one says carbs20%/fat31%/protein49%, the other says carbs25%/fat16%/protein59% and I can't remember what they were for exactly.
Needless to say it's not a diet I'd like to follow for too long. Just thinking about all that chicken and eggs is giving me a headache
