I think if they wanted Kris fired they'd just fire her. If they were pulling this shit off in the hope that she'd quit, I don't think they would have hired her at her age and maybe would have been more subtle about it...like waiting several months to about a year to start this crap. Just thinking back to the old days when I was on rostered shifts working for a multinational giant who didn't give a shit about their employees (and the rest ).

Pretty much my thoughts. I told them at the interview before I got the job I'd be starting school again. If they didn't want that, they didn't have to hire me in the first place.
