Loads of rain but apparently there's a storm nearby and there's a blackout a couple of suburbs away.

Looks like this "storm" business is all bullshit, but I think strong winds/fallen trees are possibly to blame for these isolated black-outs.

Eh...at least the lawn is green again (if not still a bit patchy).

So far so good. It's still VERY windy over here though. All reports point to the flooding not being anywhere near as bad as 2011 (thankfully). Well...the wet season is really late but it has finally arrived
